Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Server PowerToys, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the software.

2. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Server PowerToys in accordance with your subscription tier:

• Free: 1 server, core features (Terminal, File Browser, Container Viewer)
• Pro ($9/mo): Up to 50 servers, all features, 2 device activations
• Team ($29/mo): Unlimited servers, all features, 10 device activations, priority support

3. Restrictions

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
• Share, sublicense, or distribute your license key to unauthorized users
• Use the software to perform illegal activities on remote servers
• Remove any proprietary notices or labels

4. Payment & Billing

Payments are processed by LemonSqueezy. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your LemonSqueezy dashboard. Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase for annual plans.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Server PowerToys is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the software will be error-free or uninterrupted. You are solely responsible for the actions you perform on your servers using this tool.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Server PowerToys or its developers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the software, including but not limited to data loss, server downtime, or security breaches.

7. Updates

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the software after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
