End-User License Agreement (EULA) — Last updated: March 6, 2026
1. Grant of License
This EULA grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Server PowerToys on the number of devices permitted by your subscription tier.

2. Intellectual Property
Server PowerToys and all related materials are the intellectual property of Server PowerToys. This license does not grant you ownership of the software.
3. License Key
License keys are tied to your purchase and may be validated online. Sharing, reselling, or distributing license keys is prohibited and may result in revocation.
4. Open Source Components
Server PowerToys uses the following open-source libraries, each under their respective licenses:
- Electron (MIT License)
- React (MIT License)
- ssh2 (MIT License)
- xterm.js (MIT License)
- better-sqlite3 (MIT License)
5. Termination
This license is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any term. Upon termination, you must uninstall the software and destroy all copies.
6. Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States.
